If you have a missed miscarriage, will you still have a positive pregnancy test?
I am pregnant with my first baby and I am worried about everything. If I had a missed miscarriage (where the baby dies but the body has not expelled the fetus), would I still have a positive pregnancy test? I am 10 weeks pregnant and I am just worried. Figured I'd take another pregnancy test to ease my mind but didn't want it to come out positive if my little angel had already passed.
I have had no major cramping
